Thank you!
Thank you to the following people for all of your help and support with my project!
Peter Ham
Peter has provided direct clinical and educational services to individuals, families, healthcare systems and businesses involving many of the dementing illnesses for over 30 years. During that time he was hired by the MA/NH Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association to be the Vice-President of Programs & Services and oversaw all of the Clinical, Education, Professional Services Departments as well as the Medical & Advisory Council while he was there. Peter is my mentor for my senior project. He has helped guide me with every step of my project and has been an invaluable resource with his immense knowledge on Alzheimer's disease. |

Rose Grant
Rose is a retired Science teacher & Senior Advisor at Bishop Stang high school whose husband developed Alzheimer's disease. Rose studied and received a certificate in Health Care Ethics from the Holy Apostles College and Seminary and her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in biology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Rose also authored a book I Left my Memory on the Bus Somewhere about her husband's journey with Alzheimer's. She is a featured speaker at many organizations- the proceeds from her book sales goes to supporting Alzheimer's research. Rose gave me insights on her experience caring for her husband with Alzheimer's disease and the journey she has been through since her husband was diagnosed. Rose is also a great advocate for Cure Alzheimer's Fund, which is the organization I will be donating the proceeds of my fundraiser to. |
